Tile Profile Sheets: overview and uses
Tile profile sheet is PPGI steel pressed into a stepped profile that imitates clay or concrete roof tiles, giving a villa-style roof in a single lightweight sheet that fixes to purlins like ordinary profiled steel.
The sheet is roll-formed to a trapezoidal section and then stepped across its length, so each sheet reads as several courses of tile. It weighs a fraction of real tiles, installs quickly and needs lighter supporting timber or steel.
OGB supplies tile profile sheets in the colours used for villas, majlis roofs, resorts, entrance canopies and labour-camp mosques. Length is cut to the rafter slope per enquiry.

What roof pitch does tile profile sheet need?
Tile profile sheets are designed for pitched roofs and are usually laid at 15° or steeper so the steps shed water correctly.
Is tile profile sheet noisy in rain?
Like any thin metal roof it can be audible without insulation. Fitting an insulated ceiling or a sandwich panel roof underneath the tile sheet resolves it on habitable buildings.
