U-Channels: overview and uses

U-channels (UPN, hot-rolled channels with tapered inner flanges) have a web with two flanges on one side, forming a U profile. They are used as purlins, girts, floor joists, frame members, supports, tracks and edge trims in steel structures.

OGB supplies hot-rolled channels in a range of sizes with grade and length confirmed per enquiry.
